低颅压头痛 。

4. 对症治疗包括卧床休息（平卧或头低脚高位）、大量饮水 (5000 叫Id 汃静脉补液（生理盐水

3500 ~4000叫/d;5% 葡萄糖液 2800 ~3000 叫Id) 、穿紧身裤和束腹带，给予适量镇痛剂等 。
【预后】
部分自发性低颅压头痛患者能在 2 周内自发缓解，部分持续数月甚至数年 。
